For you, the buyer
- £105 covers 3 home visits of up to 1 hour each.
- If they live more than 10 miles from Cambridge, we add the travel charge when you buy, so they never pay extra.
- We post the voucher to you, or straight to them, with a letter confirming your purchase.
- Changed your mind? Cancel within 14 days for a full refund, as long as it hasn't been used.
- They're our client: we only send updates about visits to people they agree to.
For them, the recipient
- Call us to book whenever they're ready.
- Valid for 12 months. If illness or a hospital stay gets in the way, we'll extend it.
- They can pass unused visits on to someone else.
- Lost the voucher? We'll replace it free: every voucher has its own code.
- You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, if it hasn't been used. After that it can't be refunded, but if illness, a move into care or a bereavement gets in the way, we'll extend it, or the visits can be passed on.
